Before my lips whisper one word from the ongoing task lists,
please, hear my wish..

that each moment we get to breathe, we feel that breath and gratitude

that every pair of eyes we meet, 2 legged, 4 legged, or winged,
we meet with kindness and gratitude

every challenge we wrestle is with thanks for the opportunity

every morsel of food supports a well of health and gratitude,

and the calm joy that comes from it all is displayed on the corner of our lips
contagiously spreading the seeds of courage-
and peace will surely follow.
