Crimes against Humanity

The greatest crime against humanity is neglect.

When Dr. Emoto did his experiments in schools with 3 jars of rice, one had written words on the bottle saying Love and Gratitude, one saying You Fool and one completely neglected. The children projected these emotions towards the jars everyday for a month. I gasped to see the worse was the neglected one. http://www.emotoproject.org/english/picturebook/english/28.html

What does it take us to reach out and acknowledge compassionately, eye to eye, the struggling, the elders, the insecure, the sick, the neglected?

Even if we are not an army of light workers, even if we are cynical and skeptical, I challenge us all to touch someone, perhaps a stranger, every day in a big or small way with nothing to gain

..but the joy of giving!

Oh, joy!
