I'd like to share an interesting exercise that I created to alter my angst while being stuck in traffic on a shuttle with frustrated others: Imagine wearing special lens glasses that see everyone around you as they were at 3 years old. Imagine their joy, simple and pure.. now look at who they became. Where are they along their journey from birth to death, and ask yourself what the road looked like to get there. It's a fantastic way to 'be' relaxed in the moment. It's a fun, light path to compassion and gratitude.
