Meditation tools

By request,
we've begun creating our signature malas again.

A mala is a simple counting tool to help us focus,
quiet the chatter and be present to the miracle
of the breath.  Like anything,
with repeated use it takes on the memory
of one's intention and can become sacred.
When a dharma tool becomes sacred it helps
us find our inner peace quicker.

Every bead is individually hand knotted in our signature malas.
The guru beads are solid silver with message or symbol
and the tassels are hand made of hemp/silk.
Sea bamboo.. for protection against anxiety and nervousness.
Onyx.. excellent for focus.

Picture jasper.. stimulates creative visualization.

Howlite.. can calm communication and facilitate awareness.

Aquamarine..  known as the stone of courage.

Strawberry, Rose & Cherry Quartz.. stimulate the energy centre of the heart.

Prehnite.. a stone for dreaming and remembering.

Gold Rutilated Quartz.. removes barriers to spiritual growth.

Kyanite..  the only gem to help align all the chakras.

We are never too young or too old to be still, to meditate,
pray or find our inner calm. Sometimes we simply need
to know how. Tools are always helpful and beautiful
ones we can wear as reminders of our mindfulness
even better.

We invite your custom requests.
with gratitude and immense love,

your G

  1. The Cutest Yoga Partner...

So true about the meditation. I do yoga most mornings before six and normally my niece just watches with deep interest. And then this morning, she's 3 by the way, she brings her blanket out and starts doing it too next to me. Downward facing dog and lotus pose and even sits still while I meditate her hands in prayer position and eyes squeezed shut peeping at me with curiosity every now and then. Just made my day thinking of her!
