'Being Peace' seal pendants

My 2011 New Year retreat at Plum Village Monastery, France
with the extraordinary teacher of peace, Thich Nhat Hanh,
birthed the touchstone seals of Thich Nhat Hanh’s
calligraphy of being peace.• • •
After 6 months of design and communications we are
extremely happy and honored to finally introduce these pieces to you.
We hope that Thay’s (Thay - teacher) words influence you as much
as he has us. • • •
There are three different sterling silver seals to choose from
on an adjustable plum colored rope, to symbolize and celebrate
Plum Village. The messages are:
- Be still and know
-No mud, no lotus
-Peace in oneself, peace in the world
  •  •  •
The Barber's Daughters will donate 20% of the sales to the
humanitarian efforts of Plum Village. • • •
Thich Nhat Hanh is a Vietnamese Buddhist monk, a poet, scholar,
and peace activist. He has lived a long fulfilling life dedicated
to generating peace and reconciliation. His beliefs have
touched the hearts of many, including Martin Luther King who
nominated him for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1967. TNH
founded the Van Hanh Buddhist University in Saigon
as well as the School of Youths of Social Services in Vietnam. • • •
When Thay is not traveling the world to share the wisdom
woven within his many books, he teaches, writes,
and gardens in Plum Village. • • •
